Adequate amounts of daily dietary fiber are important for maintenance of digestive regularity and increased fiber intake has been associated with a number of protective health benefits. The recommended intake for adults is 14 g total fiber per 1,000 kcal, or 25 g for women and 38 g for men.1 Two servings of reformulated Advanced Fiber provides 12 g of dietary fiber.

I was expecting this to be like Benefiber. It is NOT. Instructions say to add 2 heaping scoops to 8 oz. of liquid. This is thick and has a foul taste. I tried adding 1 heaping unmeasured tablespoon (just a spoon, not a measuring spoon) to 12 oz of coffee and it makes my regular coffee gross. As I continued to drink my coffee, it settled out into the bottom of my cup. You shouldn't have to stir multiple times to keep it suspended. I am usually satisfied with Bariatric Advantage products. This one I would NEVER purchase again.

Shipping Policy

All packages are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) or by FedEx. Both methods of shipment include delivery confirmation and tracking. Bariatric Advantage is not responsible for compensation for lost or stolen product.
Orders sent via USPS (First Class or Priority Mail) generally arrive within 3-7 days (not including Sundays). Orders sent via FedEx have a delivery time of 1-5 business days, depending on the recipients’ location, weather conditions, and the FedEx service selected.
Any order that is disputed due to the length of its shipping time may be re-processed by FedEx Next Day Air shipping. However, additional fees may apply.
All FedEx Next Day Air orders are subject to a 24-hour payment processing period, before the product is actually shipped
FedEx Next Day Air orders will NOT arrive on Saturday or Sunday
